Every day our chef and cooks prepare your lunch and dinner on a high culinary level. Our kitchen is enrichened by the Cas Spijkers Academy. Cas Spijkers is a famous Dutch chef, who teaches his knowledge to specially selected students. He does that together with other nationally known experts.
Restaurant de Proeftuin has an open kitchen with two TV flat-screens. This way, our guests can always take a glance into our kitchen when lunch or diner is prepared.
We do not have a menu, our chef and cooks follow the guidelines that the Cas Spijkers Academy has. This means that we serve a surprise dinner, every day. Before we serve dinner, we will ask you if you have any special diets or other wishes regarding your dinner. With every course we will inform you which delicious course is served.
When you have a special occasion and you would like to have a especially composed lunch or dinner, our chef Mr. Jeroen Zuuring, will gladly make time for you to hear your wishes and talk about the possibilities.
